Hi, I’m Alex Hilliard. Yes, my company's name is just my last name followed by the word "Tech".
I’ve been working in IT for almost five years and currently lead deployment services (computer setups) at an MSP (Managed Service Provider). Technology has always been my passion, and I started Hilliard Tech to bring the same reliable, professional support I use at work into people’s homes. I especially enjoy making tech approachable for those who don’t feel ‘techy' because everyone deserves devices that just work.

My all-time favorite video games are Baldur's Gate 3, Fortnite, and Just Cause 4.My favorite shows are Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Flash, and Friends.My favorite music genre is rock - specifically heavy and alternative.I have a cat named Friday.I identify as non-binary and prefer they/them or she/her pronouns.Also, I'm a hobby photographer and the background photo of this page was captured by me in Cape Cod, MA in 2021.
